Sales Representative

Mix Labs are looking for a Sales Representative to join our dedicated team and become a vital cog in our forever evolving machine. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the service we offer our customers. 

  • Contract? This is a full-time role, but flexibility could be an option for the right candidate.
  • Money? A competitive salary will be offered, but like all things, this will depend on experience.
  • Hours? Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday).
  • Where? Matfield, TN12 7DT

About Us

We're a fresh-faced vaping manufacturer and distributor based in the Garden of England. We support our valued customers around the UK to stock the best products in the industry. As each month passes, the Mix Labs brand is becoming more and more established. We are still very new, but we are here to stay. 

About the role

You'll be a key part of our Sales team, assisting by carrying out key day to day tasks in order to keep our customers happy. As well as;

  • Generating new leads and customers.
  • Building a strong relationship with your customers.
  • Provide outstanding levels of customer service.
  • Keeping the CRM up to date with all interactions.
  • Processing orders on our online system for the Warehouse team to fulfil.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire Mix Labs team to deliver against planned projects and deadlines.
  • Assist with hitting company targets.
  • Updating customers with our latest product releases.
  • Keep the office area tidy to maintain a safe working environment.

What will stand you in great stead?

On the job training will be provided, so a positive mindset is critical, as well as a high level of prioritisation, IT skills and mathematical ability. Some heavy lifting will be required at times, so a good level of manual dexterity is important.

Being a small team, your communication and interpersonal skills need to be excellent. The better our communication is, the smoother the business will operate.

About you

  • Experience in previous telesales/sales role is preferable but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Keen to learn, progress and develop a range of skills.
  • Great observation skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
  • Reliable team player.
  • Willingness to help the business and the rest of the team be the best they can be.
