All orders placed through the Mix Labs wholesale website are processed and dispatched in the UK. We ship to the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands currently.

United Kingdom

DPD (Next Working Day Delivery) in the United Kingdom is £6.00.

Parcelforce (Next Working Day Delivery) in the United Kingdom is £6.00.

DHL (Next Working Day Delivery) in the United Kingdom is £6.00.

We also offer your choice of courier above as Free Tracked Shipping for all orders over £350 (ex VAT).

DHL (Saturday Delivery) in the United Kingdom is £12.00. 

Channel Islands

DHL (1-2 Working Days Delivery) in the Channel Islands is £14.00.

TERMS

If your order is placed before 3pm (Monday - Friday), we will do our very best to dispatch your order on the same day, with the exception of extremely busy days. Any orders placed after our 3pm cut-off, will be dispatched on the next working day.  

Pre-orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of the items arriving at our warehouse. Any items that are available for pre-order will have the expected release date in the products description.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, it may still be in transit. Use your tracking number sent to your accounts email address to find out where the parcel is. If you are having any issues with your delivery, please give us a call at your earliest convenience on 01892 481101 and we will do our best to find a resolution.
